What a month this has been. You are growing so much and lots has happened. We have loved taking care of you and watching you grow.
This month you weighed 12 pounds at your three month mark. You wear size 2 diapers and fit into 0 - 3 month clothes and 3 - 6 month ones. You really don't roll over much at all. You are so round and healthy now it just might be hard to get your body turned over? You have discovered your hands fully now. You can fold them, touch things and grab for things and even hold things. You can grasp objects and our fingers. You still love putting them in your mouth. You even bring your toys up to your mouth as well. Sometimes you pop your binky back in, I don't know if this is by chance though. You make bubbles constantly. It is darling. You also rub your feet together all the time. Like dad does. You smile a lot and sometimes even laugh. You enjoy your tummy time for a few minutes and sitting in your bumbo chair. You are beginning to like to stand and bear some weight on your legs. My how you are growing. You are becoming a better sleeper, you are beginning to sleep six hours a night. However you are not a good napper and still fight that sleep. You still hate getting dressed when your arms have to go through things.
At the beginning of this month you and mom went to Newport with Rachel and Angela. You had your second flight. a very short flight, Rachel was there to help. We had so much fun on our girls trip. You went to the beach for the first time. Mommy was so nervous you would get sunburned that she drenched you in sunblock. You felt the sand and the cold water. You didn't think much about it. You were such a good little baby sleeping at the beach and at the pool. Mommy is so excited to continue to share her love of the beach with you. We took you in the pool for a quick minute for your first experience. You were calm but again didn't think much about it. You had so much fun with your aunts. They are so good to you and love you so much. Angela is a pro at rocking you and Rachel can always make you laugh.
Daddy and mommy took you to the beach a few weeks later for a day trip. It was so beautiful. It was cold so we didn't get in the water but we had a relaxing serene time sitting and napping on the sand. You were so good in the car ride, you slept most of the time.
This month you were also sick for the first time. Mommy was so nervous. We think you had RSV, but just a mild case and an ear infection. Your little cough and fever just worried me. We took you to urgent care and the Dr. prescribed you an antibiotic for your ear infection. That helped your fever stay down. Daddy would listen to your lungs on a constant basis. You loved the humidifier and would reach towards it. We were so happy when you were all better.
You had your first Valentines. We took lots of pictures with all your cute outfits from Julie, Grandma Adams, Rachel, and Grammie Hales. This is a special day because it is the day we celebrate your aunt Madeline your name sake. We read her journals and did a service project in her honor.
We also went house hopping with our realtor Alex. You were so good as we looked at many houses. So great that we are going to be moving into our fist home soon.
